You may participate on one or both days.  

- Registration is open until the Wednesday midnight prior to 

JUNE 21 & JUNE 28, 2025.​

- Registration gets you on the master list we publish for where the Yard Sales are located on the given day for all to print down.

Please sign up early!  Registration is now open for Country Club Estates and Chartley residents.

Yard Sales are held at each homeowners property starting at 8:00am

It is recommended to continue until 12 noon or after as desired.

If you only wish to participate on ONE of the dates consider June 21.  If you think that in any way at all, you might want to try again on the second date then sign up for both dates at this time.  That way you have a 2nd date in case it rains or you want to try again to sell any unsold items.  Sign up for both dates in that case.  Better to be on the list than not be. 

After 11:59pm on Wednesday June 18 the list will be set and no changes will be allowed for the June 21 date.

After 11:59pm on Wednesday June 25 the list will be set and no changes will be allowed for the June 28 date.
